Best Love - Rating 9/10
When the Hong Sisters step it up, they step it up. Possibly one of my favorite dramas I've ever watched. Cha Seungwon is an absolute JOY to watch, the way he played Dok Kojin made me want to scream in frustration and cry in heartache. Gong Hyojin kicks your heart around and you root for her the entire way. Yoon Kyesang should be dubbed illegal for being so damn endearing and the best cameo ever in a Hong Sisters drama should be replayed and replayed. The only drawback is the way a certain issue is skimmed over and fallen flat on it's ass (I'm STILL a bit peeved about that). Otherwise, this show will kick your ass and you'll be begging for more.
My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox - Rating 9/10
I love the Hong Sisters and I loved this drama. Shin Min Ah is absolutely adorable, I honestly fell in love with her throughout the series. The side characters needed work (unless it was Yoon Yoo Sun and Sung Dong Il who were perfect) and Lee SeungGi's earlier over the top acting was hard to swallow. But when it captivated you, it never let you go. It'll take you through the wringer and you'll applaud it every step of the way.
Fugitive: Plan B - Rating 8/10
It was okay, actually it was pretty good. If you're looking for a coherent plot line, then maybe it's not for you. But for me, it was pretty good. You fall in love with characters and you are entertained, it's simple like that. And Rain's acting carries the drama entirely, his playfulness keeps you laughing and his raw emotion keeps you breathless. This, for me, really was Rain's breakout role.
Coffee House - Rating 5/10
Very, very cute, though Ham Eun Jung's character is pretty hard to swallow as well as the continuous faults of the plot. But if anything, Kang Ji Hwan's character development and the man himself make the entire series for me. It's a pretty easy drama, I liked it well enough.
Chuno - Rating 7/10
While it was epic and the scenery beautiful, it lagged more often than not. The side story with the slaves is the most compelling and each and every scene with Kim Ha Eun is captivating and joyful. Jang Hyuk does a wonderful job, the later episodes really draw you into him, I just wish it didn't take half the series.
Oh My Lady - 5/10
A very pleasant, easy watch, not exactly original but it's nice. Chae Rim is forgettable while Choi Siwon isn't. His improving acting carries the drama, especially the latter half of the series. And any scene with Kim Yoo Bin is extremely cute!
Hot Blood - Rating 5/10
Enjoyable, a very very casual watch. The acting isn't anything impressive but the chemistry of the male leads with each other keeps you smiling. Park Hae Jin is just as casual as the entire drama and very endearing.
God of Study - Rating 6/10
Kim Sooro is unrelatable in the drama but it's the kids of the drama you fall in love with. The struggle with their lives is almost heart breaking while Yoo SeungHo continues to shine as a young heavy weight in the business.
Boys Over Flowers - Rating 3/10
HOT. MESS. The writing and the acting go overboard and it defies all logic (even for a KDrama). The fandom and watching Lee MinHo make the most out of his character will definitely keep you from quiting this drama.
Coffee Prince - Rating 9/10
One of the most solid dramas ever created. The chemistry with the cast as well as the two main leads, Yoo Eun Hye and Gong Yoo, is so perfect it's almost sickening. Everything about it is beautiful, definitely worth all the hype and all the praise.
Brilliant Legacy - Rating 7/10
It's a predictable plot but it's fine enough. It gets a bit weepy for my tastes, Han Hyo Joo plays that perfectly. Watching Lee Seung Gi find his footing in acting throughout the drama is a joy to watch.
You're Beautiful - Rating 9/10
It's funny, it's light, it's heartbreaking and it's moving all wrapped up in one. Park Shin Hye's character may give you a headache from time to time and watching Jung Yong Hwa struggle through the beginning half of the drama is the only downside. Lee Hong Gi isn't challenging much but Jang Geun Suk will rightfully steal the show and your heart.
